DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ware currently only shipping to the lower 48 states via FedEx ground or UPS.  Hawaii please visit bigkidmerchandise.com and Limited to International certain countries.

In-Stock Items orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, but may increase to 10-14 days duing peak season or under cicrustances of weathers conditions from shipper providers.  Custom orders please add 7-10 business days.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped.  Please check our delivery status page for any known delays.

After your order has shipped, Delivery time frames can range between 5 and 14 days, unless customer’s select or requested overnight, 2 days, 3 days services.

As we ship UPS,FEDEX and/or Others Providers do not accepted ship to PO Boxes or APO.

Orders containting discounted merchanidse may take an additional 48 hours to process.

Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrender to option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur. 

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.  Unless otherwise customer’s purchase additional insurance liability.
